At Close Ready, we pride ourselves on our personal service. As a client, you’ll receive a dedicated coordinator who can learn your preferences and implement communication and documentation to match your personal style. Your transaction coordinator will function like a member of your team!
3. Highly trained and professional
Our coordinators are familiar with the real estate programs you use most. DocuSign, zipForm, MLS, Transaction Desk, BackAgent, Dotloop, Supra, etc. Our coordinators are experienced and ready to begin working right away. Do you use a different tool? We’re open to using other software if your real estate needs require.
4. There when you need us
Your dedicated transaction coordinator will be there every step of the way—helping out with all the tasks that pop up on a transaction. We understand that real estate doesn’t always happen Monday through Friday. We are available seven days a week—even during evening hours. In the event that your coordinator is scheduled to be unavailable, a back-up coordinator will be prepared and ready to assist you. We are ready to help when you need us most.
