The Close Ready Process

Before Contract
Unlike typical “Contract-to-Close” providers, Close Ready Transaction Coordinators are ready to help at any stage of the transaction. Your coordinator can help complete listing or buyer representation agreements and send to your clients for signature. Additionally, they will contact agents who have shown your listings to request feedback. Your coordinator can even help schedule service providers such as photographers, stagers, or inspectors.
Under Contract
Once a property is under contract, your transaction coordinator will track the specified deadlines to make sure they are met. They will also maintain frequent contact with your client, the title agency, and the lender to keep your transaction moving forward. Your coordinator will assist with the e-signature process, maintain your online documents, submit files for compliance review, and complete distribution requests.
Closing
Close Ready Transaction Coordinators will relieve you of the hassle of scheduling closings. Your coordinator will work with you and your client to help select a closing time that works for everyone. Once scheduled, your client will receive a detailed email confirming the time and location, reminding them of what to bring, and providing information to set up utility services. You and your clients can feel prepared and look forward to your closing date.
